Best new tarot in years

Wonderful innovative deck. Gives a deeper and more thoughtful meaning to each card. Can be used by pros or beginners. I have been reading cards since childhood. I own many tarot decks. I teach tarot using the Waite deck. In my opinion this deck sheds new light on the old Waite deck. You can get a better and much more deeper and rounded out reading by using The Vision deck. I love it! Out of all the new tarot decks pumped out on a yearly basis this is one of the best. If you could only buy one new deck, buy this one. You won't be sorry.

The book to this adds rich depth...

If you like the aged and retro coloring of the Original Waite and want a reviving influence to your Rider-Waite-Smith readings, this could be a refreshing choice.
The book that Lo Scarabeo is publishing as a companion to this deck
treats with respect the art of Pamela Colman Smith and adds ideas that I find refreshing. It's a 153 page book with an absorbing variety of detail and encouragement to the creatie reader.
I like the Tarot of the New Vision's color palette and how it gives a 180-degree view that augments my nostalgic "Original" Waite deck. Sometimes we want a fresh look and a different flavor to our standard reading decks. The Tarot of the New Vision is a fun and different alternative for me.

Just what it says

First I have been reading for over 30 years and early on developed my own style. I have studied imagry and symbology and the history of Tarot.
Openness and flexibility in the reader is Paramount. That is why I find some reviews missing the point of this deck. It is Not a great deck for a newcomer, unless you "get it" if you are someone who can read and or scry in a cloud a fire tea leaves, than this deck is just fine to start with. If you need a border understanding of what you are doing the original version is much better. "The New Vision" deck may well be better called "The New Perspective" deck. It as ALL decks are just tools to open up to possability and probability and creativity from within ourselves. It is far to easy to get Locked in on an image and say "this means that". New art, new interpretations, all help make reading a more fluid free form natural experience.
