Results indicate very large increases in productivity, much larger than those typically found. Lessons learned from these cases for future productivity improvement efforts are summarized.

ROBERT D. PRITCHARD is Professor of Psychology and director of the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program at Texas A&M University. He has worked for more than 20 years in the area of organizational performance and productivity, and has published many articles and several books in the area.
